He has experienced Irish family law legal separation and divorce proceedings under the jurisdiction of the Dublin circuit court. As a result of this, he is keenly aware of the time delays and inherent costs that incomplete, inaccurate or badly organised affidavits and vouched documents create for family court judges, solicitors and barristers.
Prior to setting up Affidavit Services, he was employed for last 5 years as a Project manager / Business Analyst, so ideally suited to assist your clients gather and prepare financial data accurately and efficiently. We want our service to exceed the requirements set by the family law court.
The senior partner was born in Scotland and raised in the UK. Following a successful career in blue chip financial service organisations in Glasgow and London, he moved to Ireland in 1994 to take advantage of the growth of the IFSC.
In 2000, he extended his knowledge base by completing an MBA, and now possesses an extensive skill set through 35 years in financial services with confidentiality being of the utmost importance. He brings in depth knowledge of client reporting, asset valuation, contract review, operating procedures review and improvement, and has developed successful training manuals.
