The swearing of grounding or motions are important but not urgent. However in cases where there is an injunction, or family law case deadline looming it is important to have a Commissioner for Oaths available at short notice. With that in mind we intend to offer a Commissioner for Oaths service throughout County Wicklow, for any legal documents. Available in a central location throughout the year (except for Bank Holidays and August recess). Additionally we offer an out of hours service in Wicklow Town for urgent situation. Please contact us if this is required.

​​In addition the National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Acts, 2012 to 2016 now require certified copies of ID documents accompanying the Vetting Invitation Form. We are currently available to certify copies of these documents for applicants seeking positions in schools in County Wicklow.
